Job Description:
NEVS is seeking a dedicated and confident Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Contact Center Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Resolve customer issues and concerns with empathy and a solution-oriented approach - Use persuasive communication skills to promote products and services to customers - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the company's database - Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and policies to better assist customers - Adhere to company guidelines and procedures to ensure consistent customer service experience
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or contact center roles - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using technology and software for communication and data entry - Persuasion skills and the ability to effectively influence others - Willingness to cooperate and collaborate with team members to achieve common goals
