Job Description - Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


Sandvik is seeking a part-time Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Malmö, SE. As a Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, and live chat. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns - Resolve customer complaints and escalations with empathy and professionalism - Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and report trends in customer feedback to improve processes and products - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Hardworking and resilient attitude - Emotional intelligence and negotiation skills - Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
