Job Description - Contact Center Specialist - Work from home


Job Description:


Lifesum is seeking a dedicated Contact Center Specialist to join our team and work remotely from home in Uppsala, SE. As a Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product information, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support. 3. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about Lifesum products and services. 4. Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience. 6. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and achieve performance targets.


Requirements: 1. Adaptable and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced remote work environment. 2. Strong research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries. 3. Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities and take initiative in resolving customer issues. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
