Customer Care Assistant

As a Customer Care Assistant at LightAir, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your main duties will include answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer issues in a timely manner, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for processing orders, managing returns and exchanges, and maintaining accurate customer records in our database.

In addition to your customer service duties, as a Customer Care Assistant, you will also be responsible for assisting with general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and other office support tasks as needed. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify customer needs and provide valuable feedback to help improve our products and services.

To be successful in this role, you must be driven and motivated, with a strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. You must have at least 4 years of customer service experience and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are also essential for this role.
