Job Description - Customer Care Assistant

Job description:


Daniel Wellington is seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As a vital part of the customer care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their inquiries are handled promptly and professionally. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, suitable for someone with at least 4 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and other inquiries - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently - Process orders and provide support with the order fulfillment process - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 4+ years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
