Job Description - Remote Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated Remote Customer Care Assistant to join our team at Kivra. As a Remote Customer Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our clients. This position is part-time and involves working remotely from Uppsala, Uppsala Län, SE.


Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone - Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Provide product information and assist customers with placing orders or resolving issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies


Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient and hardworking personality - Strong people management and adaptability skills - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - High school diploma or equivalent
