Job Description - Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:


Axis Communications is seeking a hardworking and resourceful Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting with resolving any issues or inquiries they may have. This is a part-time position with an entry-level seniority level, making it a great opportunity for those looking to gain experience in the customer care field.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, technical support, and troubleshooting - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist in developing and implementing customer care strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction - Provide feedback from customers to the appropriate departments to help improve products and services - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent customer care standards


Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Project management skills - Creativity in finding solutions to customer issues - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to learn and take on new challenges - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
