Customer Care Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Voi Technology is seeking a dedicated and independent Customer Care Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Malmö, Skåne Län, Sweden. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide solutions to customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns - Assist in creating and implementing customer care strategies - Work independently and efficiently from a remote location

Requirements: - Strong communication skills in both written and verbal English - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Critical thinking skills to analyze and solve customer problems - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Must be dedicated to providing excellent customer care
