Job Description:

Hövding, a pioneering company in the field of innovative safety products, is currently seeking a Customer Care Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from home, providing excellent customer service to our clients in Uppsala, Uppsala Län, Sweden. As an Entry Level role, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar role.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information and assistance with order processing - Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Managing customer accounts and updating customer information as needed - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Reliable and dedicated individual with a passion for customer service - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to effectively manage relationships with customers - Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent
