Customer Care Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Care Assistant to join our team at Instabox. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Uppsala, Uppsala Län, SE. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting with various tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution - Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective customer support - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for improvement in our customer care process and escalate issues as needed - Regularly update customer records and communicate information to relevant departments - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and preferences

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and independent personality with excellent communication skills - Strong planning and organizational skills - Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
