Customer Care Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Thule Group is seeking a motivated and resourceful Customer Care Assistant to join our team and work from home in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. 4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while handling challenging situations. 5. Utilize project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet performance metrics. 6. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and demonstrate excellent time management skills. 7. Foster transparency and open dialogue for effective communication at all levels within the organization.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Resourceful and driven personality traits. 3. Proficiency in project management and time management. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
