Remote Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

Epidemic Sound is seeking a Remote Customer Care Associate to join our team based in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients worldwide through various communication channels such as email, phone, and chat. - Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team members. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. - Collaborate with colleagues across different time zones to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Assist in identifying opportunities for improving customer care processes and procedures.

Requirements: - Motivated and adaptable individual with a strong customer service orientation. - Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively address customer needs and concerns. - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools. - Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment. - Fluency in English and one additional language is a plus.
