Remote Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

QlikTech International is seeking a Remote Customer Care Associate to join our dynamic team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As a part-time Associate Level member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer complaints. 3. Ensure customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs. 4. Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement purposes. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. 2. Confident and energetic with excellent communication skills. 3. Strong time management and planning skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
