Job Description - Customer Care Associate

Job Description: As a Customer Care Associate at Shopify, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting customers with their orders and accounts. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team - Provide assistance with order processing and account management - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to better assist customers - Collaborate with other team members to improve the customer experience - Meet and exceed customer service goals and metrics


Requirements: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Excellent problem-solving skills - Hardworking and motivated individual - Project management skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
