Job Description:
The Getinge Group is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Care Associate to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Address customer concerns and provide resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. 4. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. 6. Assist with additional administrative tasks as required to support the Customer Care team.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or related role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers. 3. Attention to detail and a focus on providing high-quality service. 4. Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications. 6. Must be fluent in Swedish and English.
