Job Description:

Shopify is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Associate working from home in Uppsala, Uppsala Län, SE. This part-time position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to Shopify's clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, account management, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management. 4. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and experiences. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all customer interactions.

Requirements: 1. Confident and driven personality traits. 2. Excellent presentation and teamwork skills. 3. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. 4. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 7.
