Re:newcell is seeking a motivated and adaptable Customer Care Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Uppsala, SE. This is an entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, resolve complaints, and offer solutions to customer issues - Maintain accurate customer records and update databases as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience - Strive to exceed customer expectations and uphold the company's high standards of service - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
