Job Description: As a Customer Care Associate at Storytel, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients from the comfort of your own home. Your primary duties will include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving any issues or complaints they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services. You will also be tasked with maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and feedback to help improve our service delivery.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally 2. Resolving customer issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner 3. Providing product information and assistance to customers as needed 4. Documenting all customer interactions and feedback accurately 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery 6. Following company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or related role 2. Passionate and confident individual with excellent communication skills 3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 4. Ability to manage customer relationships effectively 5. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
