Customer Care Associate - Work from home

Job Description: As a Customer Care Associate at Storytel, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients from the comfort of your own home. Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or related role 2. Passionate and confident individual with excellent communication skills 3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 4. Ability to manage customer relationships effectively 5. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
