Customer Care Associate - Work from home

Vattenfall is currently seeking a part-time Customer Care Associate to work from home in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. The ideal candidate for this entry-level position will possess a high level of energy and resourcefulness, along with excellent time management and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat - Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with account management and billing inquiries - Process orders and payments accurately - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies - Previous customer service experience is a plus
