Job Description: Einride is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Care Manager to join our team in Stockholm. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. You will oversee a team of customer care representatives and work closely with other departments to address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer care policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience - Manage a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve overall satisfaction - Investigate and resolve customer complaints and escalations in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to address customer needs and concerns - Conduct regular training sessions for customer care representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints for future reference - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care to enhance departmental performance
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer care or a related role - Proven track record of managing a team and achieving customer satisfaction goals - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Excellent persuasion and project management skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software - Experience working in a fast-paced environment - Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional overtime and travel opportunities
