Job Description:
Tink is seeking a Remote Customer Care Manager to join our dynamic team based in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As the Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our remote customer service team and ensuring that they provide exceptional support to our customers. This position is part-time and requires a mid-to-senior level candidate with at least 6 years of experience in customer care.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote customer service representatives - Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve customer satisfaction - Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Train and onboard new customer service team members - Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care
Requirements: - Energetic and motivated individual with excellent communication skills - Proven track record of successfully managing a remote customer service team - Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines - Knowledge of customer service software and CRM systems - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
