Job Description:
Epidemic Sound is seeking a motivated and hardworking Customer Care Manager to join our team. This is a part-time, remote position based in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong background in managing customer relationships.
Responsibilities: - Managing a team of customer service representatives - Overseeing day-to-day operations of the customer care department - Developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Monitoring customer satisfaction levels and implementing improvements as needed - Training and coaching customer service team members - Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyzing customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Representing the company at industry events and conferences
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Proven track record of managing a customer service team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred) - Motivated and hardworking personality traits - Presentation and time management skills
