Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

Peltarion is currently seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Care Officer to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to kickstart their career in customer care.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner - Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Process orders, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Proactively suggest solutions to recurring problems to improve customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges - Proficient in computer skills and experience with CRM software is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent required
