Job Description - Customer Care Officer

Job Description:


Starbreeze Studios is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Care Officer to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the gaming industry. This role is part-time and at the Associate level, with a requirement of 2 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information and technical support to customers - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Monitoring customer feedback and escalating issues as needed - Collaborating with other departments to improve customer experience - Analyzing customer data and identifying trends to improve service delivery - Implementing and assessing customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction - Representing the company at events and conferences as needed


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers - Proficiency in customer relationship management systems - Analytical and critical thinking skills - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Experience in the gaming industry is a plus
