Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Customer Care Officer to join our team at Husqvarna Group in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance to customers - Documenting customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system - Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and dedicated work ethic - Excellent communication skills - Strong time management and organizational skills - Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite - Ability to adapt to change and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
