Remote Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

Happy Socks, a vibrant and unique fashion brand, is seeking a Remote Customer Care Officer to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 3 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be driven, motivated, and possess excellent teamwork and planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Educating customers about product offerings and promotions - Collaborating with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining customer records and updating databases accurately - Managing customer feedback and escalating unresolved issues as needed - Following company policies and procedures to uphold customer service standards

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Availability to work remotely and flexible hours
