Customer Care Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Nobina, a leading public transport company in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE, is currently seeking a part-time Customer Care Officer to work from home. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer care role. We are looking for a driven and adaptable individual who possesses strong leadership and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Provide accurate information to customers regarding services, schedules, fares, and any other relevant information - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns effectively - Meet and exceed customer service goals and metrics - Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and services

Requirements: - 1 year of customer care experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently from a remote location - Proficient in using customer service software and tools - Strong problem-solving skills - High school diploma or equivalent - Availability to work part-time hours
