Job Description - Remote Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


Mindler is seeking a highly motivated Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As an Associate Level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a hardworking attitude, be energetic, have strong time management skills, and excel at problem-solving.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 6. Resolve customer complaints in a calm and efficient manner. 7. Work independently in a remote setting while meeting performance goals.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Strong problem-solving abilities. 6. Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
