Remote Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

Electrolux, a leading appliance manufacturer, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE on a part-time basis at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role and possess strong planning and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide assistance with product information, troubleshooting, and warranty claims - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong planning and critical thinking abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
