Job Description - Remote Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


Tink is seeking a Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team in Malmö, Sweden. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles. At Tink, we value individuals who are adaptable and energetic, with strong communication and emotional intelligence skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat 2. Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional manner 3. Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and technical support 4. Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies 7. Help develop and implement customer service strategies to improve satisfaction and retention rates


Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in customer service roles 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Strong emotional intelligence and empathy towards customers 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools 6. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred 7. Remote work experience is a plus
