Job Description - Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


Haglöfs, a leading outdoor clothing and equipment company, is seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As an Associate level role, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with product information, sizing, returns, and order tracking - Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency - Process orders and coordinate with shipping and logistics departments - Provide exceptional customer service and exceed customer expectations - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience


Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Driven and motivated individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service - Ability to research and innovate solutions to customer problems - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
