Job Description - Remote Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


Budbee is currently seeking a Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals who are resilient, motivated, and possess strong decision-making and critical thinking skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat platforms. 2. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions. 4. Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer care processes.


Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats. 2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting. 3. Strong decision-making skills and critical thinking abilities. 4. Must be detail-oriented and organized. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software systems. 6. Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
