Job Description:
As a Customer Care Representative at Aspiro, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your main duties will include resolving customer inquiries, issues, and complaints, both over the phone and via email. You will also be tasked with accurately documenting customer interactions, processing orders and returns, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Documenting all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system - Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns - Identifying trends in customer feedback and escalating issues as needed - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction with every interaction
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to make quick and informed decisions - Adaptability to handle various customer inquiries and issues - Resourcefulness in finding solutions to customer problems - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
