Customer Care Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Mindler is seeking a motivated and adaptable Customer Care Representative to join our team and work from home in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. This part-time position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role and is entry level in seniority.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures - Utilize persuasion skills to upsell products or services to customers when appropriate - Demonstrate excellent attention to detail in all customer interactions

Requirements: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English - Strong persuasion skills and ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically - Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting - Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home - Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Reliable high-speed internet connection - Must be legally authorized to work in Sweden
