Job Description:
Fingerprint Cards is seeking a Remote Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution. 3. Handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency. 4. Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and customer experience. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to customers.
Requirements: 1. Hardworking and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills. 2. Strong negotiation skills and emotional intelligence to handle difficult situations with customers. 3. Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively. 4. Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. 5. Proficient in using CRM software and other customer support tools. 6. Prior experience in a fast-paced customer service environment. 7. High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certification in customer service preferred.
