Job Description - Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


Budbee is seeking a part-time Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Stockholm, SE. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a calm and efficient manner. 3. Provide product information and assistance to customers as needed. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up to date on company policies and procedures.


Requirements: 1. Energetic and reliable individual who is passionate about customer service. 2. Strong research and problem-solving skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
