Job Description:
Klarna is currently seeking a Remote Customer Care Specialist to join our dynamic team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Remote Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about assisting customers, driven to exceed expectations, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with account management, order tracking, product inquiries, and issue resolution. 3. Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and policies. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements: 1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 5. Driven to meet and exceed performance goals. 6. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
