Job Description - Customer Care Specialist

Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and energetic Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Shopify in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As a part-time Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide product information, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve customer complaints - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze and resolve customer concerns - Utilize negotiation skills to find mutually beneficial solutions for customers and the company - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach - Ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment - Strong negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and find solutions - Reliable and energetic personality traits - Must have the ability to work in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE - Equal Opportunity Employer - Parental leave and benefits such as company equipment and free food included
