Job Description - Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


Truecaller is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are hardworking, adaptable, and have a passion for customer service.


Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service and support to users of Truecaller's products through various channels, including email, chat, and phone. - Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers in a timely and efficient manner. - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions. - Identifying and escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation. - Continuously striving to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.


Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers. - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. - No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role is essential.
