Job Description - Customer Care Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


Tetra Pak is currently seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Handling customer complaints and escalations - Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation - Collaborating with internal teams to address customer issues and improve processes - Meeting service level agreements and performance metrics


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and hardworking with the ability to work autonomously - Strong people management and interpersonal skills - Excellent presentation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
