Customer Care Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Vattenfall is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Care Specialist to join our team. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your home in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE on a part-time basis. As an entry-level role, we require at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. 4. Collaborate with team members to find creative solutions to customer problems. 5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance overall customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and reliable individual who can work independently and as part of a team. 2. Strong soft skills, including creativity and a strong sense of teamwork. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficient in using customer service software and tools. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
