Job Description:
Cellink is seeking a reliable and driven Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while supporting the overall operations of the company.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement. 3. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. 4. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns. 6. Conduct research to provide customers with relevant information and solutions. 7. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. 8. Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 4. Proven experience in providing customer service. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
