Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Instabox, a leading logistics company based in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels including phone calls, emails, and live chat. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 6. Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements based on customer feedback. 7. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer service quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. 2. Strong critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and provide appropriate solutions. 3. Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in customer service is a plus. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals. 7. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
