Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and independent Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Kivra in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As an entry-level position, the Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Assisting with order processing and tracking shipments - Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring data integrity - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a smooth customer experience - Providing feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Strong cooperation and adaptability skills - Motivated and proactive attitude
