Job Description - Remote Customer Service Assistant

Klarna is seeking a motivated and passionate Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. This is a part-time, entry level position perfect for someone looking to gain experience in the customer service industry.


As a Remote Customer Service Assistant, your responsibilities will include:


1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Providing top-notch customer service by understanding and exceeding customer expectations 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively 4. Collaborating with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Continuously learning about Klarna's products and services to better assist customers 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures to uphold high standards of customer service


Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience is preferred 2. Excellent communication skills 3. Strong teamwork skills 4. Motivated and passionate about providing exceptional customer service 5. Ability to work remotely with a dedicated work space 6. High school diploma or equivalent
