Job Description - Customer Service Assistant


Job description:


SKF is seeking a part-time Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Stockholm, SE. As an entry-level position, no previous experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat - Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and accurate manner - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction - Handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts with diplomacy and professionalism - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a high standard of service


Requirements: - Adaptable and resourceful individual who can quickly learn new processes and tools - Strong soft skills in innovation and persuasion to effectively communicate with customers - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software is a plus
