Remote Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Northvolt is seeking a Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist with any other customer service-related tasks as needed

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to work independently - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in a customer service role is required - Must be a team player and able to work well with others - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
