Customer Service Assistant

Peltarion is seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and general support questions. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers. 6. Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions. 7. Create and maintain customer accounts in our database.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset. 2. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and make decisions independently. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Experience with online retail platforms is a plus. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
