Job Description:
We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Tink, a leading technology company in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles and be able to work remotely from Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Assist customers with account management and product-related questions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. 8. Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service roles. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 6. Reliable and adaptable personality traits. 7. Strong cooperation and time management skills as soft skills. 8. Must have a dedicated home office setup with high-speed internet access. 9. Must be able to work flexible hours as needed.
