Customer Service Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Instabox is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work from home in Uppsala, Uppsala Län, SE on a part-time basis. As an entry-level role, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide support to customers regarding order tracking, delivery status, and product information - Assist customers with returns, refunds, and exchanges - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and improve processes - Work closely with the customer service manager to implement best practices and achieve department goals

Requirements: - Reliable and resilient personality traits - Strong project management and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
